The location was in the center of kuta. Very close to the restaurants etc. If you rent a bike somewhere you can reach every beach well. Clean swimmingpool and nice people. Breakfast was also really good. Some days there was a buffet and other days a menu with a lot of options. You can get a 60 minute massage for only 125k at the hotel and it was really good. Overall very good hotel, especially for that price.

JM Hotel was a in a great location, though it was in a cheaper part of town the Hotel was fantastic, restaurant and bar prices matched those in the immediate area and were great value. The pool was great and, generally, the facilities were adequate. The staff were very friendly and took the time to call us by name.

Good range of accommodation choices; the slightly quirky rooms in the front building, the rooms by the pool, and the individual bungalows out the back (our fave option). Bathtubs are a nice feature in the bungalows. Beds comfy and cosy (clean sheets, cosy duvets). AC works well (no fans, though). Good choices on the menu for breaky (nasi goreng, muesli, eggs, 'big breaky', fluffy pancakes, toast, etc). The pool is clean & refreshing. The gardens are pleasant, and there's a feeling of spaciousness around this place. Staff are lovely. We've stayed here a few times. JM's is simple, no frills, but good value for money, in a practical location. Easy walk eastward to Kuta front beach (via a delicious coffee at Mushroom Espresso) & to the west to Kuta main street (shops, cafes, restaurants, etc).

Fantastic location and Deluxe Rooms huge 😁 I got upgraded by Amy (Reception) to a Bungalow out the back very beautiful gardens. Amy at Reception so helpful and great English she was always very bubbly and happy and loves her job and work colleagues 🙏 Gave me advice on where to go so helpful 😁🙏 Breakfast very good 👍

Wow what a great stay! Center of town but tucked away. The staff gave us a HUGE room with great AC and even decorated the bed for our anniversary. Always smiling at us and the pool was very refreshing.

First room assigned was smelling really bad, had a lot of mold and was not well cleaned. However as soon as we exposed the situation to the staff another room was assigned for us, in perfect conditions. The staff was really nice. The pool was really pleasant and the location perfect! Also the breakfast was very good!

Good location close to many restaurants and to the main street. Quite in the night. The room was very spacious. Staff very friendly, helpful and nice! Nice pool!

Awesome stay, room was big enough for my daughter to crawling around, we had a balcony room which is facing the pool and it was beautiful view from up there :)., staff was very kind and very helpful .. food is tasty too :) . Thank you guys for having us ..
